A great way to speak openly to someone completely independent in order to discuss ideas, best practice, and priorities to maximise the potential for development of your organisation.

CM gives you and your organisation the opportunity to develop and improve. With just a few meetings you can select the priorities with your mentor, discuss ideas, strategy, and operation. With that comes huge experience and knowledge and although this may not necessarily be in the field of work your charity inhabits, those skills and that knowledge can be transferred and used in many different and positive ways for your charity. It is so useful to have someone that is not personally invested and is able to offer a different and objective perspective.
