Susie is a flexible, creative facilitator. Her background as a professional linguist, international marketing research consultant, process facilitator and coach/career counsellor informs her approach to mentoring. Her first experience in this role was with the Prince’s Trust in London. Most recently she was running her own Language Consultancy supporting leaders in multinational organisations managing collaboration across languages and culture.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Linguists, since 2018 she has provided mentoring to individual members of the organisation. Since moving to Sussex, she has volunteered for a variety of nonprofit organisations and monitors opportunity in developing sectors such as community-owned renewable energy.
