Autism Support Crawley
Autism Support Crawley
"Nev was an excellent match for us. Over six months of mentoring he helped us improve our governance and restructure the organisation, and we finished with a clear five-point plan to implement over the next twelve months. My only suggestion for improving the service? Make it longer than six months!"

"Roger helped us clearly define our priority objectives and agree who would be responsible for each one, develop an action plan, and secure the emergency funding we needed — as well as starting our transition to a CIO. He brought exactly the business and management skills we needed to create the structure for our next steps. We are very grateful for the help."

ABC Fund
Ian has listened, challenged me and helped guide me in the right direction as we work to move the charity onwards and upwards. He has given me plenty of food for thought, much of which I have been able to act upon. As a result, we now have a new logo, a new website launching shortly, and some enthusiastic young people helping us with social media. We are also looking forward to hearing whether we have been successful in gaining The King's Award for Voluntary Service for which we are short listed.
I have also managed to steer my committee in the right direction by giving members responsibility for specific projects, which has helped to reduce my workload. After 35 years at the helm, I hope to be able to hand over the reins and take on the role of Ambassador, introducing new contacts and giving talks to local organisations.

Criminon UK
"Barbara was extremely personable and really understood the challenges of fundraising. She suggested ideas well outside what we would have considered on our own — it was so valuable to work with someone who wasn't afraid of trying new things, and who was flexible as our needs changed. We're now in a better financial position, taking on additional staff, and focusing on our longer-term strategy. It was an excellent experience and I would thoroughly recommend it."
