With too many ideas and not enough time, our mentor was very helpful in breaking these down to manageable tasks, to then be better able to prioritise. A great way to speak openly to someone completely independent in order to discuss ideas, best practice, and priorities to maximise the potential for development of your organisation.
CM gives you and your organisation the opportunity to develop and improve. With just a few meetings you can select the priorities with your mentor, discuss ideas, strategy, and operation. Meeting with a mentor provides focus and motivation and enables you to see what you are trying to achieve from a different perspective. It can help you refocus or grow and upscale so would be of benefit to anyone looking for a boost.
